Nothing’s cheaper than free right? Here’s your chance to win the just reviewed, slightly used and abused Digital Spectrum Digital Picture Frame (it was used for the review only).
I’ll also throw in a coupon for a free 12-month photo calendar–a $19.99 value–from Shutterfly.

To enter, simply throw a comment in this post (yes, you do have to register to comment, yes it’s a pain in the ass, but it will make it soo much quicker for you to enter future Cheapstakes if you do it now).
Want to get multiple entries? Here’s how. Each post you comment in after this one (and dated after this one) will count as one “entry,” although if you comment multiple times in the same post it will only count once. So for example if there are 10 posts between today’s date and the end of the contest, you can comment in each of them and get 10 “entries” into the contest.
Comments made in older posts (posts dated before 7/18/07) will not count as entries for this contest (although we love getting comments at Cheapedia).

I have seen these all around, and just thought they were neat. Only recently I have I REALLY taken a liken’ to them. Im too cheap to buy one … Ok FINE, I can’t afford one. And I could put good use to my old small memory cards! Woohoo! I can “see” this sitting on our table. LOVELY!

This is not my primary reason to want a digital picture frame, but the first time I saw one was at a funeral and it was an outstanding presentation and rememberance. Whether you win one or not, don’t forget to take pictures of your friends and loved ones.

This is so wicked cool and Blade Runner-ish. I would display it next to my chrome Bender robot doll. I bet the Jetsons displayed their family photos like this.
I think a digital picture frame is well worth the money, but I already spent all my loot on anime action figures and Family Guy DVD box sets.
So I hope my name gets selected because I can think of a million uses for this digital picture frame, and not all of them are diabolical.
(Although you could prank someone at a house party with an embarassing slide show.)
